MADRID (Barajas Airport) - SALAMANCA: Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August
Meeting Point at Barajas Airport:

EuropaCat IX Meeting point is located 50m away from the main Meeting Point in Terminal 1, Hall 1.
IMPORTANT: There is a free bus service connecting all Terminals in Barajas Airport. Please estimate 20-30 minutes for the transfer from T4 to T1 (and additional 20 minutes from T4S). It is possible to go from T2 and T3 to T1 by walking (10-20 min) and there is also a shuttle bus. (See map below)

Between these services buses will depart from Barajas Airport every two hours approximately.
The transport is only guaranteed within these hours providing it has been selected in your registration form. If you are planning to arrive to Madrid later than the last service, please contact urgently with the organization.

There will be three services from Salamanca to Madrid Barajas Airport at the end of the Congress. It will be necessary to make the reservation upon arrival according to the following schedule:
Friday 4 September:
First departure: 09:00 (estimated arrival time: 12:00)
Second departure: 12:00 (estimated arrival time: 15:00)
Third departure: 16:00 (estimated arrival time: 19:00)
Saturday 5 September:
Departure: 09:00 (estimated arrival time: 12:00)
