Those participants applying for the Students Grant, which allows for the specified reduction in Registration Fees, must send a certificate, signed by their supervisor, indicating that they are Ph.D. students.
The certificate must be sent together with a proof of payment of the registration fees:
a confirmation email for online payments, a transfer slip or an authorization
for credit card payments.
The certificate must be sent by post, e-mail or fax to the Conference Administration Office when starting the inscription proccess:
