  1. October 30, 2008 – 2nd announcement and call for papers
  2. January 30, 2009 – Deadline for submission of abstracts
  3. February 15, 2009 – New Deadline for submission of abstracts
  4. May 15, 2009 – Acceptance of abstracts

    The Scientific Committee has already managed the revision of all contributions. Please log into the Scientific Application for the results and the possible suggestions made by the Reviewers.
  5. June 1, 2009 – Deadline for early registration
    The deadline for early registration has been extended to Friday, June 19.
  6. August 21, 2009 – Deadline for late registration
  7. August 30 – September 4, 2009 – EuropaCat IX Congress
